We do not accept Mass health

What is my co-pay? Does my deductible apply?

Most insurances have a co-pay for Urgent Care services printed on the front of your card. If the price is not listed on your card, It will be verified online via insurance company portal at the time of visit.

Deductible plans: If your deductible has not been met, we are required to collect $100.00 at the time of your first visit.

Do I need an appointment for a CDL or DOT physical?

We do not require an appointment; however, we do suggest you call ahead to ensure a certified provider is on shift.

Do you provide care for workman’s comp related injuries?

Please inform your place of work of the injury prior to your visit with us.  You will need to have your company’s insurance information and a point of contact with whom we can seek additional information if necessary.

Are you also a primary care practice?

No, we are not a primary care practice.

Do you provide follow up care?

We do offer follow up care for patients we have provided care for.

Are COVID related appointments covered by my insurance?

Yes

Why do I have to provide insurance information for my COVID test? Why aren’t the tests free?

We are a private facility and are not funded by the Rhode Island Department of Health, therefore we cannot offer free testing. If you are seeking information on a free testing site, please visit

How will I get my COVID test results?

Do you vaccinate children and adults?

We only provide vaccines to adults, ages 19 and above
